About Timberline Veterinary Emergency & Specialty

Working Together to Provide Exceptional Care

We believe the best care is provided when we work collaboratively with primary care veterinarians and other specialty hospitals in the area. For cases that need ongoing or emergent care, please call us at 206-828-6868 to discuss the case.  We are available 24/7, 365 days a year for urgent care, emergency care, and critical ICU care.

We believe in doctor to doctor communication when possible so we can best serve your clients and patients. Our goal is to always have one of our veterinarians available by phone to speak to directly to referring veterinarians. Medical records can be sent to info@tves.vet.

TVES Services Include:

  • 24/7 Animal Emergency Services
  • ICU Care supported by critical care specialists
  • Overnight hospitalization
  • Emergency soft tissue surgery
  • Stabilization for exotics/pocket pets (rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens and other small pets)
  • Transfusion therapy
  • A collaborative approach to case management

How to Access Patient Medical Records:

  • We are using Instinct as our Electronic Medical Record.  Shareville is the online portal where we will share records. Here is a comprehensive Shareville Guide for accessing records.
  • When your client gives us your name as their primary care veterinarian, we enter that information in the patient record.  You should then receive an automatic email at check-in that one of your patients has presented to our hospital.  In the email you receive, a link will take you directly to the patient in the portal.  The second link will show you all patients from your hospital that are currently being seen at Timberline Veterinary Emergency and Specialty.  During the visit and hospital stay, you will be able to view completed records as well as laboratory results.  At check out, you will receive a second email.
  • Emails from us with records will come from noreply@instinctvet.email or from instinctshareville.vet.  If you are expecting records and do not see them, first check your spam folder.
  • If you do not know your password, you can reset it with the "Forgot your Password" link.
  • If you do not receive records from us (and they are not in your spam folder), please call or email us (info@tves.vet) and we will get records to you right away.
