Jennifer Sherwood brings more than 25 years of experience in operations, leadership, HR, and team development within veterinary medicine and pet healthcare. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University and has completed advanced training in Lean Six Sigma, leadership, and HR.
After years scaling mission-driven startups, Jen returned to veterinary medicine, driven by her deep belief in the human-animal bond and the transformative impact of compassionate care. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where employee engagement, patient well-being, and client care remain at the heart of operations.
