At Timberline Veterinary Emergency & Specialty, we use Instinct as our electronic medical record (EMR) system, with Shareville as our online portal for sharing patient records.

How to Access Patient Records via Shareville

When your client lists you as their primary care veterinarian, we enter your information into the patient record. Here’s how you’ll receive updates:

  • Check-In Notification:

    You will receive an automatic email when your patient arrives at our hospital. This email includes a direct link to the patient’s records in Shareville, along with a link to view all your hospital’s patients currently being seen at Timberline.

  • Viewing Records:

    During the patient’s visit, you can access completed records and lab results in real time through the portal.

  • Check-Out Notification:

    After the visit, you will receive a second email with a summary of the patient’s care.
